Politics:
Inka Challenge Peru, Politics has been made thinking of you (our client), so please take time to read the following points.

We are a company dedicated to adventure and Traditional tours in Cusco & Peru. Tours such as the Inka Trails and many other hikes in Cusco for which we’re prepared.

Responsabilities:

Inka challenge Peru, is responsible to provide all offered services according to the terms and agreements.

1. If the Company, breaches the contract will have to assume the responsibility of the case.

2. The company is not Responsible of an out of time bookings, bookings with missing personal information wich is needed for a valid booking,  or any other details necessary for  the Inka Trail or any other Tours we offer.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

All booking has to be made with advanced time, according to the type of program. So, consider the following

1. ***INKA TRAIL TO MACHUPICCHU***: “04 days 03 nights”, & ” 02 days 01 night” Must  be confirmed before availability is gone full,  once the company confirms this availability. According to. (INC) Institution responsible to provide Inka Trail to Machupicchu admission, bookings have to be made 04 days before 04 entrance date.

2. Are given 500 vacancies per day divided between all operators. From these 500, 200 are per visitors or tourists, 200 for porters and 100 for guides and cooks. So, vacancies are full many weeks advanced in the low season, months (November to March), and 3 months advance booking for high season, months (April to October).

3. If been student, a valid student card must be send by e-mail in attachment file,  the ISIC student card  is the only valid,  are not valid cards with spired date, Youth travel card and teachers card

4. You must send each participant following details.

          confirm availability by e-mail

ALTERNATIVE HIKES AND OTHERS TOURS
Alternative hikes, are trails which takes you to Machupicchu by another new and non traditional routes, these alternative hikes and other tours must be reserved 02 weeks advanced as minimum for its formal consideration.
You must send each participant following details.

DISCOUNTS:
We have special discounts for students with valid card; amount discount depends of tour type. For groups, Visitors recommended by former clients, tc, travel agents and others.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION.
The only way to confirm a booking is with money deposit. Which is going to be send, to an account provided once you will send all details and specify the tour and departure date.
The remaining will be paid in Cusco at your arrival, before tour departure.

CANCELLATIONS AND POSTPOSITIONS
Cancellations and Postpositions have the following penalties.

• Inka Trails.- (4 and 2 days to Machupicchu) all confirmed booking are not cancelable. If you cancel the Money deposit is not returned.
  If you postpone a tour departure you also lose the deposit, and you have to send new deposit for the postponed date.

• Other tours.-  confirmed bookings are possible to cancel. The penalty belongs to 50% of deposit for administrative support, and the remaining 50% will be returned in to your bank account.

• If you postpone a tour departure, 1 month advanced at least there is no penalty. But it you postpone after this time you have to pay additional amount equivalent to the used for the new date.
