inca trail, inca trail to machu picchu, Inca trail

4Days 3Nights

inca trail / inca trail to machu picchu, or inka trail to machu pichcu is one the most popular trek in the Andes, Peru and the the world. What makes inca trail so special is, its richness,  Biodiversity, the incas stone made trail, Inca archaeological sites, unforgetable views, snowy mountains, cloud forests and the beauty of the inca trail. The inca trail has exotic vegetation including more than 300 varieties of Orchids. the inca trail  presents extraordinary ecological variety. Machu Picchu itself cannot be fully understood without the experience of the inca trail or inka trail. Its principle sites are ceremonial in character apparently, in ascending hierarchical order as you near the city.  The inca trail is essentially a work of spiritual art, like a gothic cathedral and walking the inca trail is an act of devotion to the incas memmory. The four days inca trail / inca trail to machu picchu covers about twenty-eight miles, starting at an elevation of 8,400 feet above sea level and ending at 7,800 feet. in the inca trail you must cross two high mountain passes with a maximum elevation of 13,700 feet. the trail conditions are generally good on this ancient inca trail. The guides are professional, knowledgeable, and English speaking.  We use excellent equipment and serve savory nutritional meals. our inca trail porters required to carry our equipment for this hike are friendly, happy and helpful. Is the best hiking in peru. we advice you to take the inca trail / inca trail to machu picchu, or inka trail to machu pichcu.

GROUP SIZE (04 people minimum and 08 people as maximum).

Why small groups?.

the principal reason to take small groups in the inca trail / inca trail to machu picchu, or inka trail to machu pichcu is to provide you personlaized service. Always a small group is better to keep walking together and enjoy the nature of the inca trail, there is a possibility to make friend and share experiences, interacting more closely with each other. Whereas, in larger groups from (10 – 16) people it trend to split into factions. Moreover, in larger groups tends to be a sizeable difference“ often over one hour in a section of the trail” between the fastest and slowest member. in the inca trail it makes more difficult for the guides, cooks and porters to make their effective labours. In small groups, people are more likely to arrive at roughly the same time to hear the guide’s explanations. Also our porters are given the same food as the tourists. In larger groups agencies often provide inferior food for the porters.

Small groups require less space in campsites and this enables the guide to select better locations. In small groups the guide, cook and porters have a more intimate relationship with the tourists and are better able to meet individual needs and attend to environmental issues such as waste disposal, contamination, etc. as the group will be together more of the time. Because of these reason in our standard service we take small groups, only in a group of friends and delegations we manage larger group.  so choose small inca trail group.

The place for lunch is at riber bank, and after the hike continues ascending lightly to a semi-tropical valley for two hours until the camp ground, (Huayllabamba 3000.m.a.s.l).

Day 2: HUAYLLABAMBA – PACAYMAYO. It starts with an early breakfast, this part fo the inca trail leads to the highest point, passing through different climatic and ecological zones as we ascend the Warmiwañusca pass at 4200 m.a.s.l. the hike  will undertake ascent up to the high pass, the first section presents abundant vegetation with trees of wild origin. Because of this reason its known by many as the worlds highest cloud forest amongst the landscapes the flora and fauna starting at 3800 m.a.l.s. after this section of the inca trail, it tends to be less foresty up to the high point, is typical of the andean mountains covered with Icchu or straw and mountains with perpetual snow. After arduous approximately 6 hours walk you summit it. time to have some rest, take photos and start to walk down hill. from there we will observe the beauty of the deep valleys and at distance snow cap mounts. With luck we will see the flight of the condors. so, after a worthy rest we’ll descend toward our second camp ground at PACAYMAYU (3600 masl). the down hill section takes about 2 hours.

Secord day inca trail difficulty: hard challenge.

Day 3: PACAYMAYO – WIÑAYHUAYNA. From Pacaymayu, the trail climbs steeply up the opposite side of the valley wall, towards the second pass. About halfway upthere is a small round roofless stone building, This Inca archaeological remains is known as Runcuracay. The building is thought to have been a astronomic site. After the trail continues climbing towards the second pass "the Abra de Runcuracay", which is at around 3900m.

This site pffers to the hiker plenty landscapes, valley snow cap mounts. On the far side of the pass, the trail descends towards a valley containing a shallow lake. At this point the trail changes from a dirt path to a narrow stone roadway. the stones of the roadway were laid by the Quechua people of the period of the Inka State. time to visit another inca site named Saycmarca "Town in a Steep Place". It was built on a promontory of rock overlooking the trail, and is accessible only via a single narrow stone staircase. (which Bingham inexplicably and erroneously decided to call Cedrobamba) "Plain of Cedars". Despite the fact that there are no cedars to be seen, it's perched on a spur overlooking a valley) is roofless and overgrown.

Nearby is a stone aqueduct, which once carried water to the farmlands.  After this the trail descends to the valley floor, and the roadway takes the form of a long causeway leading across what may once have been the bed of a shallow lake. The trail leads to next pass and, just beyond it, a third Inca site, Phuyupatamarca ("Cloud-level Town"). This site appears to have had some ritual function; the rectangular structures along one side are baths, which were apparently fed from a spring higher up. Below Phuyupatamarca, the trail spirals and descends steeply towards Wiñayhuayna, ("Forever Young"), another Inca site. There is another campsite and a visitor center nearby.

thirth day inca trail difficulty: hard

Day 4: WIÑAYHUAYNA - MACHUPICCHU.
