village located at 3,650 masl, on the east of
Cusco, where is locvated an Inka temple
named temple of Wiracocha (inca´s main good), in
Sicuani province. in a beautifull lake,
where potatoes and maiz farmers, ceramic
especialists leave, and some families are lama
hearders. situated at 03 hours in public
transport from Cusco the people in this
village are quiet
and happy, because of it´s beauty it is usually visited
many visitors. the local people
principal language is
inka laguange (quechua = Runa Simi), an exelent
opprunity to learn
some of this language, by the other hand it´s festivities
are very worthed to see, very original musicians are seen
specially in carnival seasons, and
the farming activity something very top to be involved.

How to
get there?.
Raqchi
is easy to get from
cusco city, so you can take a public transport which is
leaving each 30 minutes, but this
not nessesary because we include
transport in the service. There isn´t
direct transport raqchi, but many local trannsport
to sicuani and Juliaca. the only problems
is if fore any reason you may want to came back
to cusco, there are offenly public transport passing through to Cusco, if you want
to
arrange a transport with us we can send you a tourist
transport from cusco for a reasonable price.
